Customers are supplied with top quality products and when necessary repairs are performed in a timely manner. Patients are education on all products that are dispensed. A list of written and verbal instructions is provided to each customer. As a result, patients feel comfortable and confident using the new equipment. Equipment issues are diagnosed by our technicians and repairs are completed when necessary. Items under warrantee or products that are determined to be defective will also be repaired or replaced. A free yearlong service plan is offered with specified products. A technician is prepared to repair and replace any parts necessary. Loaners are provided for patients that need extensive service done to their equipment.

Our billing department is here for you! Getting the top reimbursement for our customers is one of our top priorities. We work with a variety of insurance and Worker’s Compensation companies for your convenience. Our billing department is prepared to bill both your primary and secondary payer sources. Claims can be modified if a claim is denied.
